What to Expect?
■ Initial Training & Installation:
- After signing documents and required upfront payment, your order will be processed. This processes usually takes 7-10 days from ordering.
- Upon document completion, your team will receive an “Onboarding link” that helps us set up your account for you. This contains simple questions to get started, such as “idle alerts, speeding alerts, groups, additional users, permissions, behaviors etc.
- The installation team uses our digital installation form for submitting the installed camera/GPS device. This form is sent to Fleet IQ, to properly name and pair based on the vehicle list provided by the client.
■ On Going Training
- You can schedule training online at your convenience. As many sessions as you or your team needs.
■ Billing
- Our ACH pro-rated billing cycle is every 30 days.

■ Support
- What about service after the sale? You’re assigned a support team member after the sale. You have direct access to them via email and phone number.
- If you have new team members, employees who are promoted, or anyone else who might need training, we can help with that. Depending on the schedule we can either book training online or in person.
- We routinely perform pro-active audits for our clients. This enables us to be “in the know” if a unit happens to be defective or is not reporting normally.
